Membership Terms
Membership is open to anyone aged 18 or over.
Members receive 50% off advance music ticket prices, priority booking when a night is close to selling out, and access across all three rooms. Membership is personal to you and for your own use only. It cannot be shared or transferred.
Membership renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. By joining you agree to the club code of conduct. We may suspend or end a membership where conduct spoils the room for other guests.

Venue and Event Terms
Some nights carry age restrictions, and valid ID may be required on entry. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke entry.
For seated events, latecomers are admitted at a suitable break so the performance is not disturbed. Please arrive in good time.
Professional recording and flash photography require prior written approval. The club accepts no liability for personal property brought onto the premises.
Lucky Draw Ticket Terms
Lucky draw tickets are a goodwill gesture. They hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They are non-transferable and must be redeemed on the same night, subject to capacity in the room.
Ticket Refunds
Advance tickets can be refunded up to 72 hours before the advertised start time. Request a refund by writing to concierge@soho.live or through the members box office.
Inside 72 hours tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or materially changed by the club, in which case you will be offered a refund or a transfer.
Studio Terms of Business
Studio bookings are confirmed on receipt of a deposit. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the booking may be charged in full.
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused during the hire, and must comply with all health and safety requirements on site.
Privacy
We collect the information you give us when you book a ticket or join as a member. We use it to confirm bookings, send event notifications, and run your membership. We do not sell your data.
To see, correct or delete the information we hold, or to ask a question about it, write to concierge@soho.live and a person answers.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, sitting in the City of Westminster.

Soho Jazz Festival ’26 Pass Terms of Use
Wednesday 16 to Saturday 19 September 2026. All times are London time.
Soho Jazz Festival is produced and promoted by Soho Live Studios Limited, working with independently operated venues and their licence holders. Our festival programme runs on a not-for-profit basis to create more opportunities for artists.
These terms cover paid and complimentary festival passes, on top of the terms above.
Your Pass
All pass holders must be aged 18 or over. Every guest needs their own valid pass and photo ID matching the name on it. Please bring both when visiting festival venues.
Your pass covers the dates and access stated when issued. An All Access Pass covers all four festival days. It does not reserve a seat or guarantee admission to a particular performance. The latest programme, lineup and venue information are at www.sjfpass.com.
The Venues
Each venue’s operator and licence holder manage its premises, admission, security, facilities and service. All pass holders must follow the venue’s lawful entry conditions and reasonable staff instructions.
Contact the venue directly about accessibility, step-free access, seating or other access requirements, ideally before your visit. For an issue on site, speak to its duty manager. The festival team cannot override lawful venue, safety or licensing decisions. This does not remove anyone’s legal duties, including duties towards disabled guests.
Look After the Room
Please respect the artists, staff and other guests. Passes may be withdrawn, admission refused or guests asked to leave on reasonable, lawful grounds, including abusive behaviour, fraud, pass misuse, failure to provide required ID, safety or licensing concerns, or a serious breach of these terms or the venue’s lawful rules.
Complimentary Passes
Complimentary passes are personal gifts, have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
The team verifies claims and issues passes during working hours on festival days. For a same-day visit, submit your request or claim by 5pm. Approval is not guaranteed. Wait for your Ticketmaster email confirming you are on the list before setting off. New complimentary passes cannot be approved at the door or collection desk.

Collection: 5pm to 9pm, every festival day, 16 to 19 September 2026. Bring your Ticketmaster confirmation email and photo ID.
Rosé Hour runs from 5pm to 6pm each festival day, with a complimentary schooner of 1664 Rosé beer (a small glass) for VIP pass holders. Alcohol service remains subject to the venue’s licensing requirements. Collection continues until 9pm.
Refunds and Programme Changes
For paid festival passes, change-of-plan refunds are unavailable during the seven days before the advertised event start, or once the event has begun. For a multi-day pass, this means the start of its first included day. Refund requests outside that period follow the conditions shown when you purchased.
Please use the order link in your Ticketmaster confirmation for refund requests. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method.
Artists, venues and timings may change. Cancellation, rescheduling or a significant change may give you refund rights under applicable law or your purchase conditions. Those rights are unaffected by the seven-day cutoff. Complimentary passes have no purchase price to refund.
Photography and Filming
Professional photography or video recording requires written permission from the festival in advance. Email concierge@soho.live at least 72 hours before the relevant show. A request is not approval. Any venue or artist restrictions also apply.

Soho Live Studios remains responsible for its own activities and obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects your statutory rights.

Ticket Roulette with Forest
The promoter is Soho Live Studios Limited, Soho, London. Forest promotes the entry page to its own customers. Soho Live Studios runs the ballot, the draw and the prizes.
Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
The promotion runs from 9 to 19 September 2026. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. To enter, submit your email address on the entry page and confirm you are 18 or over and accept these terms. One entry per person and per email address in each daily ballot. Entries do not carry over. You are welcome to enter again in the next window.
Each daily ballot closes at 10am London time, when the next ballot opens. Results are sent by email shortly after each draw.
The prize is a pair of VIP All Access passes for Soho Jazz Festival ’26, 16 to 19 September 2026. There are 40 pairs, 80 passes, in the initial pot. Each daily draw allocates one pair for every five eligible entries received that day, rounded down, up to the pairs remaining. A day with one to four entries has one winner. A day with no entries has no winner. Once the initial pot is used, one additional pair is offered on each remaining draw day, with a single winner chosen from that day’s eligible entries. Unused additional pairs do not accumulate.
Winners are selected at random from the eligible entries saved before each draw. Soho Live Studios keeps a record of the draw time, entry count, pairs allocated and results.
Winners are notified by email to the address entered. Prizes must be claimed using that same email address. The winner provides their name and invites one guest, who receives their own invitation and confirmation. Passes are personal, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged. If a prize is unclaimed by the stated deadline, or the winner cannot be verified, Soho Live Studios may draw a replacement winner or withdraw the prize.
Passes are collected in person from festival HQ, the 1664 Rosé Room at Jack Solomons Club, 41 Great Windmill Street, Soho, London, W1D 7NB. Collection runs from 5pm to 9pm on each festival day. Both passes must be collected before 9pm on the day you first use them, with your confirmation email and photo ID. Passes not collected by then are forfeited.
Won passes are festival passes and are used on the same terms as any other Soho Jazz Festival ’26 pass. The Soho Jazz Festival ’26 Pass Terms of Use above apply in full, including age and photo ID requirements, venue admission, capacity, programme changes and conduct. A pass does not reserve a seat or guarantee admission to a particular performance. Each venue’s operator and licence holder manage their own premises and admission.
Look after your pass. Soho Live Studios is not responsible for a pass that is lost, stolen, damaged, deleted or used by someone else, or for an entry or claim that fails to reach us because of an email, network or technical fault. Soho Live Studios is not responsible for personal property brought to festival venues. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
Entrants who ask for ballot offers and festival announcements also receive 50% off the All Access festival pass. The offer is for the whole festival All Access pass and does not apply to day tickets. It is limited to the promotion period and to availability.
Email addresses are used to run the ballot and send results. Marketing emails are sent only to entrants who ask for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entry or prize. Entry data is kept for the promotion and for a reasonable period afterwards to evidence the draw, then deleted. See the Privacy section above, or write to concierge@soho.live.
Soho Live Studios may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Entry confirms acceptance of these terms. The promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales.
