Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required.

1. Membership Benefits: Members are entitled to access a discounted ticket allocation for events hosted by Soho Live Music Club. However, discounted tickets are subject to availability and capacity limitations.
2. No Guarantee of Entry: Membership does not guarantee entry to any event. It is recommended that members reserve or book tickets in advance to ensure access to events.
3. Non-Renewal of Membership: The membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and does not automatically renew. Members wishing to continue their membership must reapply each year.
4. Refunds and Cancellation: Soho Live Music Club reserves the right to cancel and refund any membership at any time for any reason. If a membership is cancelled by Soho Live Music Club, a pro-rata refund will be provided based on the remaining term of the membership.
5. Use of Membership: Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. Misuse of membership privileges may result in termination of the membership without refund.
6. Code of Conduct: Members must adhere to a code of conduct while attending events. Soho Live Music Club reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke membership without refund for those who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Soho Live Music Club reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Current members will be notified of any changes via email or through the Soho Live Music Club website.
8. Privacy Policy: Personal information collected during the membership application process will be used in accordance with the Soho Live Music Club’s privacy policy.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes arising in relation to these terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

1. Age Restriction: Entry to a Soho Live Music Club venue or event is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and over. Valid photo identification may be required.
2. Right to Refuse Service: Our hosts reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Serving alcohol to intoxicated guests is against our policy.
3. No Illegal Substances: The possession or use of illegal drugs within the premises is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate ejection and possible legal action.
4. Entry Discretion: Even with a ticket or membership, entry is not guaranteed. Our hosts have the discretion to refuse entry based on factors such as capacity, adherence to the dress code, or behaviour.
5. Late Arrival: The venue has the right to give your ticket away if more than 50% of the performance has taken place, the venue will sit you in the best available seats if you do arrive late.
6. Dress Code: We maintain a smart dress to impress code. Guests not adhering to this dress code may be refused entry.
7. Behaviour and Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and appreciate the music and ambiance of the venue. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in ejection from the premises.
8. Change of advertised Performer: In the highly unlikely event, we reserve the right to change the advertised performer, act, or billing. In such cases, the performance may be taken on by another of our top performers. Where a change is known more than one week in advance, ticket holders will be informed directly. Where a change occurs within one week of the event, the box office website will be updated with notices as soon as reasonably practicable. Changes to advertised billing do not constitute cancellation and do not entitle ticket holders to a refund. Refunds are only available if the event does not go ahead in its entirety.
9. Licensing and Legal Compliance: All guests are expected to respect and adhere to licensing laws and other legal regulations while on the premises.
10. Respect for Neighbours: When leaving the venue, please do so quietly and respectfully, mindful of our neighbours.
11. Filming, Audio Recording and Photography: Please be aware that Soho Live Music Club may conduct filming and photography during events. By entering the premises, guests consent to being filmed or photographed and to the use of such material by Soho Live Venues and its connected agents.
12. Guest Recording: Small personal use cameras are permitted for personal use. However, audio recording equipment and cameras with interchangeable lenses/DSLRs will not be allowed. No commercial or promotional filming is allowed in the venue without a location release document agreed by Soho Live Venues Limited. In addition to this any camera lighting or flash that causes disruption to the audience, hosts or artists may lead to being asked to leave the venue without compensation. 13. Liability: Soho Live Music Club will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought into the premises.
14. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
15. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

1. Gold Envelope Offer: Each Golden Circle ticket to our special Festival of Stars shows in December is offered in a special gold envelope.
2. Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the named recipient.
3. No Cash Value: The ticket holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Redemption: Must be redeemed on the night of the event.
5. Age Restriction: Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 and over.

Refunds are accepted up to 48 hours (two days) before the event’s start time, as stated on your ticket. Unfortunately, refund requests made within 48 hours of the event cannot be processed.

How to Request a Refund

1. To request a refund, please follow these steps:
2. Locate your ticket order confirmation.
3. Click on your ticket order and select the option to request a refund.
4. Submit your refund request through our box office provider, Ticketmaster’s Universe system.
5. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed promptly.

1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
2. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

1. Payment Terms: All quoted charges must be paid in full in advance. Bookings are not confirmed or guaranteed until payment is received. Additional charges will be communicated separately and invoiced accordingly.

2. Cancellation & Refunds: Upfront payments are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if Soho Live Studios crew fail to arrive at the agreed place and time. No compensation or refund is due if crew arrive within 15 minutes of the agreed booking start time.

3. Late Arrival & Contact: In the event of delay, crew will make reasonable efforts to contact the client. Soho Live Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequential costs arising from late arrival of 15 minutes or less.

4. Equipment Liability: Soho Live Studios accepts no liability for loss or damage to client equipment, property, or third-party equipment brought to or used at the session, howsoever caused.

5. Timing: Any time exceeding or part of a booked period is charged by the hour. Overtime is calculated in full hour increments after the first 15 minutes (e.g., 1 hour 15 minutes will be charged as 2 hours).

6. Setup, Waiting & Strike Time: All bookings are inclusive of setup, waiting, and strike time. These periods count towards the total booked hours.

7. Stagehand & Crew Bookings: Hourly rates apply unless a specific event or broadcast package has been agreed in writing. Bespoke packages for live events and live broadcasts are available on request and are not subject to hourly billing.

8. Additional Time & Expenses: Extended time beyond the original booking is not guaranteed unless paid for in advance and is subject to availability. Any additional expenses (including equipment hire, consumables, or third-party services) will be communicated and agreed in advance where reasonably practicable.

9. VAT: All quoted studio pricing is exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.

10. Health & Safety: Soho Live Studios will not require any crew, stagehand, or contractor to undertake unsafe tasks, including lifting beyond safe limits without proper supervision or equipment. All parties must adhere to health and safety regulations.

11. Intellectual Property & Recordings: All recordings, masters, and works created during sessions booked with Soho Live Studios remain the property of Soho Live Studios Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Licensing arrangements are available on request.

12. Arrangements & Variations: All arrangements, specifications, and variations to standard terms must be discussed and agreed in advance in writing. Verbal agreements are not binding unless confirmed in writing by Soho Live Studios from the Soho
