No — all our shows are strictly 18+, unless stated otherwise. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, please bring photo ID. Please note: tickets purchased for under-18s cannot be refunded outside our standard policy, as licensing conditions prevent entry.
You don’t need to be a member, but you will need a ticket — our rooms are small and fill fast. Members get priority booking and 50% off shows, anyone can join as a Supporting Member for £55. As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive links for half-price tickets.
If it’s your first visit, go for a Music Ticket or Golden Circle — they guarantee you a seat with the best view of the stage. General Admission and Bar Area tickets don’t always have a clear sightline, though once you’ve got a feel for our rooms, you might enjoy their more casual vibe. For the very best seats in the house, Golden Circle is the one.
Doors open at the advertised start. Music usually begins 30 minutes later — giving you time for a cocktail and the best seat. Saturday Lunch tickets give you 60 minutes to get settled and order your delicious meal before the Show gets started.
50% off all Music Tickets when purchased via your membership login in advance, and additional ticket promotions. Priority bookings, and the occasional surprise. You can use for discount for up to three guests. If capacity allows you can also bring up to three guests into our general admission/bar areas on the day, but no guarantees without a ticket.
Our premium memebrship tier at £355 per year, is available for direct support and additional assistance, membership is currently fall but when space is available we add an additional option to sign up at www.soho.live/membership

Yes — refunds are available up to 48 hours before the show. After that, tickets are transferable but non-refundable. Refunds are managed directly through Universe’s self-service system; unfortunately our Concierge team can’t override their policy.
