Round 41: Theo Archer
Piano Bar Soho9–9:30pm
This show is on both passes.
Theo Archer takes the headline slot at Round 41 on Piano Bar Soho's stage — the jam session named for 41 Great Windmill Street, where Jack Solomons once ran his boxing gym and Ronnie Scott and Tubby Hayes played after hours. As the night's most established name, Archer sets the tone before the floor opens up to whoever's brave enough to sit in, holding the band together through the handovers that make Round 41 what it is. At Soho Jazz Festival, this is the jam at its most unpredictable: a fixed headliner, an open invitation, and a room that rewards anyone who can hold their own.
The headline slot of the night, doors from 19:30 to 20:00.
An intimate live music space in Soho designed for close proximity to performers. Guests are seated near the stage, creating a direct connection between artist and audience.
Named after 41 Great Windmill Street, where Jack Solomons ran his boxing gym and Muhammad Ali trained, and where Ronnie Scott and Tubby Hayes played. The jam keeps that spirit and pulse: anyone can step up, but you have to hold your own in the ring.
