Happy Garden Band

Happy Garden bring a full-band sound to the Discovery stage at Jack Solomons Club: horns, rhythm section and a collective energy built for a room that used to be a boxing gym and still rewards a band that comes out swinging. This is Soho Jazz Festival's Discovery strand doing what it does best — giving a band still building its following the same stage and the same crowd as the festival's headline names, on the strength of the set alone. Expect arrangements built for the whole band to shine rather than a single soloist, and a set that plays as much to the dancers as the listeners.

Home of the Discovery Stage. A modern continuation of Soho’s music history: established in 1948, the club was the site of Club Eleven, The Scene Club, and early performances by The Rolling Stones and The Who. Yamaha Sound xR certified, the first grassroots venue in Europe with this system, with 3D audio positioning and acoustic enhancement.
