PerTuBando
Downstairs at Sucre10:15–11pm
This show is on both passes.
PerTuBando play Sabor Latino downstairs at Sucre with a full band built for percussion as much as melody: horns trading lines over a rhythm section stacked two and three deep, the kind of arrangement that turns a room into a dancefloor without anyone officially deciding to move. It's one of the Soho Jazz Festival's later, looser bookings — a basement room, a band that clearly plays together outside the festival too, and a set built to run hot from the first tune rather than build slowly toward it. Come for the horns, stay for the rhythm section refusing to let the energy drop.
Late sets and jams, doors from 21:00, running past midnight.
The basement room beneath Sucre. Low ceiling, close quarters and the later half of the Latin night, built for rhythm sections and dancing rather than seated listening.
Sabor Latino celebrates infectious Latin rhythms, live jazz energy, and vibrant club shows, spotlighting standout artists bringing the finest grooves this side of the Atlantic.
