Nikki Yeoh Piano

Nikki Yeoh hosts Nucleus Sessions, the late showcase she runs at Ronnie Scott's for artists on the way up, and this one goes to the Oli FitzGerald Trio. The bassist's group released its debut, What Might Have Been, in January, and plays the piano trio repertoire the way that tradition rewards: three players listening hard, lines crossing rather than stacking, the tune arrived at rather than announced. Yeoh sits in on piano and hosts. It runs late, and it usually ends in a jam.
