Honey Boulton is a jazz guitarist and banjo player from Wellington, New Zealand, based in London. He specialises in swing and bebop guitar, as well as traditional jazz banjo, and his fourth album Honey Plays Boulton (2024), featuring pianist Joe Webb, drew praise from Jamie Cullum on BBC Radio 2. He performs as one third of the Adrian Cox Trio and is a regular in Giacomo Smith's Hot Five, with collaborators including Pete Horsfall, Deschanel Gordon and Laura Jurd. His playing has been described by Soweto Kinch as having 'a timelessly authentic sound'. He performs with Olly Mux as part of the Olly Mux Trio.
