Alfie's is a candlelit jazz bar above Greek Street where the tables sit close enough to the stage that you can hear the band talking between numbers. A grand piano anchors the room and the cocktails are taken as seriously as the music.
Born in Madrid and raised in London, Isaac Harari is a drummer and percussionist who moves fluently between jazz, Latin and classical worlds. He graduated from the Royal College of Music in 2024 on a full scholarship, taking 1st place in the RCM Percussion Competition and the Zildjian Prize for Percussion. He was a BBC Young Musician 2020 category finalist, a BBC Young Jazz Musician 2022 semi finalist on kit, a 2023 Yamaha Music Europe Foundation scholar, and in 2025 won 1st prize in the Fanny Mendelssohn International Competition in the marimba, xylophone and vibraphone category. He plays weekly Latin jazz with the Pablo Barrios Quartet at Piano Bar Soho and Alfie's Soho, has drummed repeatedly at the 606 Club, and performed at the 2024 BBC Proms under Sakari Oramo. Orchestral credits include the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Glyndebourne, and he is principal timpani and percussion with Opera de Bauge for the 2025 season. His solo marimba work Temple is published by Tapspace.
