Miguel Luque Müller is a Barcelona-born guitarist based in North London, whose versatile artistry spans flamenco, Latin, jazz, bossa nova, and pop music. After studying at Leeds College of Music (2009–11) and earning a BA in Jazz Performance from Middlesex University (2011–14), he dove into London’s vibrant music scene—collaborating with groups like Camino Sonoro Jazz Band and The London Latin Collective.
As a soloist and ensemble performer, Miguel regularly graces stages at prestigious venues and events—from The Dorchester, Trafalgar Hilton, and Chiswick House, to Porcelanosa showcases, Cambridge University, and world-music festivals. He also brings music to hotels, private members’ clubs (including Soho House and Soho Farmhouse), and exclusive corporate and social gatherings.
Deeply rooted in flamenco tradition, Miguel has trained under maestros Ignacio Lusardi in London, and further honed his craft in Jerez de la Frontera with legends such as Miguel Salado, Diego del Morao, and Manuel Parrilla. His performances blend rhythmic intricacy with emotive phrasing, making him a standout in both traditional and fusion styles.
Beyond public performance, Miguel is a committed community musician. Since 2018 he has played in hospitals and care homes through Music in Hospitals and Care Charity, and since 2019 has been resident guitarist for CW+ (Chelsea & Westminster NHS) and, from 2022, for Breathe Arts Health Research—bringing tailored, uplifting music programmes to patients in London’s NHS hospitals.
An artist fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Miguel leverages his language skills in collaborative settings and international projects . His repertoire spans classical standards and contemporary songs—his own arrangements of works by Elton John, Norah Jones, Jobim, and Paco de Lucía have featured in his solo recordings and livestreams.
With a rich cross-cultural palette and a reputation for creating intimate, atmospherically resonant experiences, Miguel Luque brings both sophisticated musicianship and heartfelt connection to every performance—bridge-building across traditional flamenco, jazz improvisation, and community-centred musical healing.
