You may arrive any time from the start time on your ticket, up to 30 minutes before the end of your event. Please check your ticket matches the time and venue listed in the programme, as multiple shows run across our venues each night. In the rare event of a change in act, Soho Live Studios will update the details and provide a suitable replacement without notice. Tickets can be refunded or transferred up to 48 hours before the performance; after that, all sales are final. The Piano Bar is on the lower ground floor. There is no signage — enter through Jack Solomons at 41 Great Windmill Street and a host will guide you. All guests must be 18 or over — we operate a strict Challenge 25 policy in line with Westminster licensing. Dress to impress. Admission is at our discretion. Food is not served.
