The Music
Riketté Genesis sings the American Songbook at Alfie's.
Discovered at The Piano Bar Soho and one of Soho Live Studios' all-time greats, Riketté has taken her voice to the Southbank Centre, Wilderness Festival and Satchmo's Jazz Festival in Lagos, and has recreated Billie Holiday at Carnegie Hall. Gershwin, Arlen and Porter suit her down to the ground, and she sings them like they were written this year.
The Night
At 49 Greek Street: candlelight, a studio grand, a Soho Vodka Martini, and the greatest songs America ever wrote, sung by a London voice.
