The Night
Jack Solomons Club opens from 8:00 PM, DJ Nate James takes the records from 10:00 PM, the sound building as the room does, free entry all night, complimentary reservations available. A proper room, a serious sound system, cocktails worth the trip on their own, and a crowd that arrived on purpose.
Members walk in with up to three guests when there is room.
The DJ
DJ Nate James brings live jazz into the mix, around a feel-good run of old-school R&B, club classics and '80s, '90s and '00s favourites, with surprises along the way. It is all about reading the room and making everyone feel welcome on the floor. He learned to mix in the basement of a friend's East London bar, and his bookings since include Soho House, Shoreditch House, the Groucho Club, Century Club and Rihanna's Fenty UK launch, along with corporate events abroad. His floor-filler is Cameo's Candy, and he will teach you the dance. At Jack Solomons Club, expect the best time.
