Samuel Sesay, simply known as 'c-se' is an exciting young jazz pianist and composer emerging for the London scene. Currently studying at the prestigious Trinity Laban, he cites influences from pianists such as Herbie Hancock, Horace Silver and Cedar Walton and has a knack for being adventurous and fearless during solos.
Perched above the bustle of Greek Street, Alfie’s is a private members’ jazz bar hidden in plain sight. Inside, it’s candlelight, curated art, and a grand piano that rarely stays silent. Signature cocktails — including the Soho Vodka Martini — accompany performances from some of Europe’s finest jazz musicians. Entry is by membership or advance ticket reservation only.
