Will Barry is an award-winning British pianist, composer and improviser known for his expressive touch and rhythmic depth. A graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, he won the Musicians’ Company Young Jazz Musician of the Year in 2017 and has performed widely across the UK and internationally with ensembles including Jasper Høiby’s Fellow Creatures, appearing at major festivals such as North Sea Jazz, Love Supreme and Umbria Jazz. His playing has been praised for its sensitivity and fluidity, earning admiration from peers and jazz luminaries alike.
Behind the doors of Jack Solomons Jazz Club, The Piano Bar sits quietly in the back — equal parts recording studio and late-night hideout. By day, it’s where music is made. By night, it slips into something smoother: low lighting, sharp cocktails, and live jazz so close you’ll feel every note. It’s not open to passers-by — entry’s by booking, ticket, or membership only.
